Additional fees are as listed below.
- 13% lodging tax
- $80 cleaning fee
- $20 for each additional person if more than five people are staying at the house
- $500 refundable security deposit

Policies
Frankie’s Hideaway is located in the Chihuahuan Desert. Plants and animals that may exist on the premises present the possibility for injury. Guests should be aware of this and take care when using the grounds. We will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests.
reservations, deposits, and payment
A deposit of 50% of the total room fee is required to make a reservation.
On check-in, the remaining 50% of the room fee is due, along with a $500 security deposit and the cleaning fee. The security deposit will be returned after check-out, providing there is no damage to the house and no missing items.
Frankie’s Hideaway does not accept credit cards except through Paypal. Payment may be made by check, money order, or cash.
cancellation
For reservations canceled more than 48 hours before the arrival date, 50% of the reservation deposit (25% of the total room fee) will be refunded. For reservations canceled less than 48 hours before the arrival date there will be no refund of the reservation deposit.
minimum stay
The minimum stay at Frankie’s Hideaway is two nights.
check in/check out
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. If you arrive before this time, the house may not be ready, particularly if another party has checked out on the same day.
Check-out time is 12:00 noon. Later check-out may be permitted on request, providing no other party is scheduled to check in on that day.
availability of facilities
Because of the temperamental nature of the equipment and the difficulty in obtaining service or replacement parts, availability of the hot tub is not guaranteed. However, we will make every effort to ensure that it is in working order during your stay. Thank you for your understanding.
